Unique Daquiri

While visiting a local restaurant recently, I had the privilege of ordering one of the more uniquely made cocktails I have had in a long time!
The Evolution Daquiri, made at Social in Rockford, IL, was delicious! A mixture of rum, mango, lime juice, habanero syrup & sage was mixed with liquid nitrogen & then stirred - rather than blending with ice.
What you end up with is a very creamy, strong, uniquely textured frozen drink! Not to mention the smoke effect, which always catches everyone's eye.
