In 1989 in the heart of Seattle Washington, DaVinci Gourmet Ltd. began as a chocolate company, making high-end truffles and other delectable treats.

Then came the Seattle coffee boom. DaVinci Gourmet saw an opportunity to create a flavored syrup that would specifically complement the fine espresso drinks that were becoming so popular. The goals in creating the product were pretty simple: utilize the best ingredients possible locally and around the world to create flavored syrups that worked perfectly with specialty beverages.

More than two decades have passed since the DaVinci Gourmet® brand evolved.
